PCA takes delivery of the first of four RAC pylon kiosks.The RAC Pylon is a process control device that allows drivers to interact remotely with others without leaving their vehicle. In this case the driver is able to communicate with a scale operator and receive a printed receipt of the weigh in. By simply grabbing the handle the driver is able to adjust the interface head in both the horizontal and vertical planes. Releasing the handle lucks the unit in place for hands free operation.

The Logistics Kiosk is a stand alone industrial mobile and wireless workstation, capable of operating throughout a warehouse, freight or courier company terminal, cross-docking facility, distribution centers and other industrial environments. The kiosk has been designed for businesses where there is a requirement for producing control tags or labels or when there is a requirement to have a workstation closer to the physical product, i.e. warehouse receiving and shipping docks.
